The Smurfs come to the big screen with a fun story that finds them in New York City! Yes, you read correctly. The little fellows are chased through a portal by the evil wizard Gargamel and end up in the Big Apple. You know that there is a lot of fun waiting for them in NYC.

The little blue guys meet up with a couple (played by Neil Patrick Harris and Jayma Mays) who try to get them back to their village. The soon-to-be parents get a lot of parenting practice and have their hands full with the Smurfs.

Imagine the little fellows in the iconic FAO Schwartz toy store. Sounds like fun to me! This film will bring back memories of the Smurfs to parents who grew up with them, and open a new magical world to youngsters who don't know much about the little blue guys – and gal!
