Skylanders Spyro's Adventure is a boldly innovative adventure game that allows kids to bring their toys to life! Using the mystical Portal of Power, players can teleport their real-world interaction figures directly into the game. Skylanders Spyro's Adventure released on October 16, 2011 for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Windows PC and there's also a set of fun Skylander's coloring pages.
For the first time ever, Skylanders Spyro's Adventure introduces "cross-platform playibility," meaning that players are able to collect a variety of interaction figures and bring them to life using the Portal of Power across different consoles, handheld gaming consoles, mobile devices, and online. This means that the action figures become interaction figures and can come to life on any Portal of Power - continuing a saved game, including the characters' customizations and power-ups.
