I Married Who? - A Hallmark Channel Original Movie

Kellie Martin stars in this story of finding the right partner. Jordan Grady (Martin) is a successful real estate agent who never does anything she shouldn't do. Well, that is until her two best friends take her to Las Vegas for her bachelorette party. Jordan is set to marry Peter (Bradley Snedeker), an attorney who has high ideals and is intent on making partner in his law firm.

While in Las Vegas, her friends want her to loosen up, but she refuses. She stays on the straight and narrow, even ordering a virgin Pina Colada. But the waitress mixes up the order and Jordan gets the drink with a double shot of rum while her friend gets the virgin. Forward to the next morning where Jordan wakes up with a hangover in the room of popular movie star Matt Swift (Ethan Erickson). Not only does she not remember how she got there, she also doesn't remember marrying Matt!

This can't be happening to her. She has the perfect life planned out and there is no room in it for a quickie marriage to a man she never met before. Matt assures her that his manager will procure a fast annulment, so Jordan returns to L.A. hoping to put this nightmare behind her.

When Peter finds out about the wedding, he decides to forgive her and try to get on with their lives, but the press finds out about the marriage and things get complicated. All the while, Matt's popularity is soaring on the word that he got married.

As Jordan and Peter continue with their wedding plans, with the help of Jordan's mother (Bess Armstrong), Matt and his manager are riding high on the great publicity the marriage is getting, pushing his new movie to great heights. While Jordan is trying to procure the annulment, she and Matt find that they enjoy being with each other.

This story is about learning about oneself and realizing that what we have planned for our lives might not be the right thing. What happens in Vegas doesn't stay in Vegas in this film, and for Jordan and Matt that is a good thing. Although she resents him for messing up her perfect plans, she cannot ignore the fact that she likes him and likes being with him.

This is a cute film about finding one's fate and true love. Ethan Erickson is adorable as Matt, the rising young star with some confidence issues that are set right by Jordan, who always speaks her mind. She is upfront with him and always honest, which is something he is not used to. Matt is used to people wanting things from him and adoring him. Jordan is different. He falls in love with her while she is falling for him. So, in the end, what Jordan thought she wanted for her life turned out to be a mistake and the mistake she made turned out to be the right thing for her. But how she got from one to the other is what makes this a cute and often-whacky story.

I Married Who premiers October 20, 2012 on Hallmark Channel.
