KITCHEN 1540 Valentine's Dinner
Seduction begins with KITCHEN 1540's Valentine's Day dinner menu, an aphrodisiac-inspired delight designed to tantalize taste buds and ignite passion. Oysters, truffles, chocolate and artichoke are just some of the delicious flavors couples will discover on their romantic culinary experience. Executive Chef Scott Thomas Dolbee's four-course menu includes dishes such as Lamb with Root Vegetable Variation and Sunchoke Angolotti; Ahi with Fried Oyster; Hot Smoked Steelhead with Chanterelles and Mustard Greens; and, of course, Chocolate Strawberries. Guests embark on a romantic island getaway at Spa L'Auberge with February's featured treatment: The Coconut Chocolate Scrub & Massage. Chocolate coconut oil soothes the skin while transporting spa-goers to a tropical oasis. Coconut flakes gently exfoliate and renew the skin. A steamy shower and relaxing massage melts away tensions and linger beyond the eighty minute mini-vacation.
